ingredients;
3 1/2 cups flour
1 cup warm water
2 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspon of salt
1 teaspoon yeast
My helper of the day...mixed water,olive oil and honey in a bowl, stir for 10 minutes
Add flour and stir..and make a dough,..knead it and make into ball..if it crack, that means you need to add some water (just a little)..but if its too soft, you might need some flour..When u done kneading, brush someolive oil on the dough and cover it with kitchen towel for one hour
start rolling...and used a fork to let the air out
toppings...tomato sauce, chicken sausages, green olives and cheese
bake for 20-25 minutes...
