Cheezels :Quick Snack
I hardly eat junk food since I'm still BF, but today the moment I saw this blue and orange thingy..I knew that I should grab it..
It's my non-healthy-food-cum-snack since there was nothing left when I reached the cafe at 1pm..so I settled for kaya bun and Cheezels instead of nasi campur or nasi ayam..
Ayam Masak Kicap
Simple-Sunday Ayam Masak Kicap for the whole family
I loves always loves chicken, be it Malay style, Chinese, Indian or Western. We had Ayam Masak Kicap for lunch on Sunday and it was don't my way..which is very simple way..no need to much ingredient..I just chopped the chicken into smaller pieces, mix them with soy sauce (i normally use Kicap Tamin), a little bit of salt, tumeric powder and fry with just 3 spoon oil, when the chicken is tender, I add some sliced onion and potato (I used Russet Burbank which are very soft and that's why I put it at later stage)..and lastly some sliced tomato with red chillie...
Ayam Masak Kicap from different angle
Sometimes I add some ground pepper to gives some spicy flavour, but since this has became family meal, I have to omit the pepper..to hot for my little daughter.
We also had Kari Ayam/Chicken Curry yesterday but for this version I did not use any santan or milk..just Simple-Sunday Lunch :-)
I loves eating chicken curry with hot sliced bread...yum yum ..especially roti benggali - I could finish one big loaf for myself..
