Chillie's KLCC

We had lunch somewhere else first before we head to Chillie's coz hubby want to treat me with this Molten cake..so with quite full stomach we just ordered Nachos and Molten cake..did not remember the full name..but it was so nice and rich

Nachos..we had difficulty to finished them..next time I should go there with empty stomach, so that I could really indulged in all their food...

Molten cake from Chillie's...it was to die for, hot and cold combine together..the chocolate cake is moist and so rich ..and a scoope of ice cream on top of it which was covered by thick dark chocolate complete the set...We went to Chillie's KLCC for hubby's birthday.

I like the ambience there and the food came in big portion for my small but expandable tummy...

Cheese Cake

This is not from my kitchen, but from Baker's Cottage at Presint 8 for Hadif's birthday last Friday..

Both of them loves cheese so much, therefore we opted for this instead of chocolate cake..it was dense, moist and yummy

My first experience in baking was horrible one, it went up high and suddenly slump like a mixture of concrete with too much water and sand..:=P

Recipe: Beef Pasta

We loves to eat spaggeti and macaroni, and all this while we only enjoy it at Secret Recipe or oher eatery, so today I since I have ample time, I tried on making homemade pasta sauce instead of buying Prgo ready made can.

Its easy and I don't depend too much on strict ingredient, just throw in whatever in the kitchen.

Here's my version.

Ingredient:

4 ripe tomato - boiled and toss, peel off the skin and mashed
Butter
Sliced onion and crushed garlic
Chillie powder
Spagetti herbs (available at supermarket)
Pinch of salt
Some water
Capsicum (option) -diced

-------
Heat the pan and put the butter in
Fried sliced onion and garlic
Mix it with mashed tomato, capsicum, some water and pinch of salt as well as curry powder
Add some sliced sausages
Sprinkle some herbs
Cook for 15 minutes
Sprinkle some grated cheese or any kind of cheese available in the kitchen :-)

Boiled tomato - I later peel off the skin and mashed it with fork

Pasta gravy in pan, with sliced onion, chrushed garlic, pasta herbs, chillie powder, sliced sausages and some water.

End product..I don't have grated cheese, so I just used Kraft cheese and shredded them in bowl..
